Can i sell different Product under one brand name but one trademark class
I have a few questions concerning trademark registration and Amazon Brand Registry:
Listing Different Items: Can I sell various items under the same brand name on Amazon, even if some of these items are not covered by the specific trademark classes under which I registered my brand?
Proof of Trademark Classes: Does Amazon require proof that my trademark registration includes specific classes for the products I list?
Brand Protection: If Amazon allows me to list products that fall outside the registered trademark classes but under the same brand name, will Amazon still provide protection for these listings?
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello @Seller_0WrDGN4IcAn2T,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can provide a few resources for you to review to find the answers to your questions. Please find the appropriate resource for each of your questions below:
- Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide, specifically section 3.2 Categories you are planning to sell your products in
- Brand Protection is applied to the brand so this would include all ASINs that are linked appropriately to the brand
I would also recommend that you research what the TM office allows for editing goods or services to a pending application or registered TM. For example, USPTO will not allow you to add goods and services to a TM after it has been filed.
Hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
