Parent on variations

Hi, do I need to fill in UPC code for PARENT of variations? do I need to only up load one photo as it is not a physical product? My parent photo will be one of the variations as I&#39;m selling 3 scents of spray as I need a photo to make the listing?Please helpThanks

You don&#39;t need either for Parent SKU.
