Hi folks

I have 1 parent ASIN with 30 child ASINS. In "Manage Inventory" only 5 of the child ASINS have merged with the parent, the remaining 25 are showing as standalone listings. I've gone back into the parent listing to add the variants but it's still not working.

Any advice?

Seem to be having a nightmare returning to Amazon after a long break! Took 4 weeks to get my new EAN approved, now I have what I think is an issue. Can anyone confirm or deny it is an issue?

Parent that has four general images all showing the four colour variations, the ASIN number is not searchable but all the child ASINs are.

My frustration is that I would like to advertise the parent, rather than either one size one colour etc.

Seller Support keep telling me that the parent is not supposed to be searchable? And it is not shown as incomplete inventory.

Finally, it is in inventory as incomplete, just the child listing are marked as active. I have tried updating the list price on the parent as per thread on here to no avail.

I have a single product that's been selling relatively well so I've ordered some different colours. I'm struggling to add variations to the existing listing. I assume this is because there is no parent ASIN, how do I create a parent ASIN and group child ASINs underneath without affecting the original listing that's selling well?

I've looked through seller university and other discussions but can't seem to find an answer.
