Product page keeps changing
There is 4 items I’m recently new to, however since last week the product page keeps changing to include a free gift that’s not included with the product as standard.
It wasn’t there to start with and only came about recently, I have requested amazon to remove these incorrect images and directed them to the manufactures website which doesn’t include them
My issue is they remove the images rightfully so but then within 24 hours they are returned, I’m scared to send my stock into FBA while this is going on as if they images are there when a customer buys they will likely expect this item, any solutions for this? I’m guessing another seller is doing this to prevent competition?

This is happening to me all the time. Malicious Chinese sellers are changing the product pictures and descriptions to include a free gift.
You need to keep requesting to change the product information back.
Also, there is a way to report the seller and possibly cause them a policy violation notice from Amazon.
Go into “Get support”, “Products and inventory”, “Product page issue”, “ASIN Tampering”.
Then fill the form and report the seller. You should also include all the case IDs of the requests to fix the tampered product page.
