v upset with amazon

i dont know what kind of scam is on. i was now getting good orders thought now amazon is set atleast minimum orders 10-15 would come on it nd we will improve and grow to more but then some fraud seller put copyright infringement on our brand images and best seller product was targetted specially . after all trademark and legal attorney papers , clear difference in images we just hear we regret to inform sorry you faced it , sometimes mappers do this etc and no activation of my listing yet. affecting my business alot and same robot mail message of cant reinstate listing every time now again to do whole months of hard work again to get to level where we were is so annoying . internal team investigation i requested for have been 4 days over yet no reolution and the fake mapper enjoys this . its really a joke or what that we are giving proof of owning our own brand and having our own images .
