Might be noob question but do you HAVE to offer free returns?

Check out the return and refund policies for full details - go to search on the top right of your homepage.
You have to accept returns, but not necessarily free.
If it is a change of mind on the part of the buyer then they are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If it is not as described or faulty then it is seller’s responsibility.

No you don’t have to offer free returns unless buyer states they received the wrong item or received the item damaged.
The one negative feedback comment though says they received a different brand to what was advertised so you may want to look into that and you should’ve paid return postage in that instance
