Orders not showing
Has anyone else noticed orders not showing in their account since about 9am?
Sales are zero for last hour, no pending orders since 8:50am
Wondering if it is a glitch or account specific

From previous experience the ‘Sales Summary’ is usually the one lagging behind if ever, but we’ve never faced issues with the actual ‘View your orders’ page. Today we are.

I am not experiencing any issues.
All new orders are instantly showing in the “Unshipped” section of the Seller Central.
Pending orders are also increasing just like usual.

My issue is also only with FBA orders.

Just spent 15 minutes to SS, there is a glitch with FBA orders
I asked whether the glitch was the orders not showing or customers not being able to place orders. She said it was the latter. Not sure how accurate that is as she didn’t seem to understand the situation whatsoever so if anyone gets any better clarification please post

Same issue with no orders showing here but I’m sure I’ve seen inventory reducing, which suggests more of an Order page problem. Perhaps someone with higher volumes could validate this…
