Shipping Plan - No "Mark as Shipped" button?

Hello,

I have just completed an FBA inventory shipment, booked in with Amazon partnered carrier. However, when I get to the “Shipment Summary” page, the “Mark as Shipped” button is missing. Now the shipment is stuck as “Ready to Ship”.

I’ve tried a different browser, but still no button.

Is this an error, or do we not need to “Mark as Shipped” anymore?

Thanks!

its been like this for a while for me - not an issue as it changes to shipped when the courier collects it

Got the same problem, we need to be able to use the mark as shipped button because the items still show as working quantity rather than shipped quantity!

Same problem!
It seems as if they are updating the shipping algorithm without fully testing it - no point contacting customer support, they barely understand anything

I believe that once you’ve filled in the shipping information and printed your labels, if you go to the Tracking page the button is now at the top-left in there. They seem to have moved it!

Just to confirm that UPS collected the shipment today, and it has automatically changed to “Shipped”.

Why doesn’t Amazon communicate this sort of stuff?

So frustrating.
