Hi, I have payed for the shimpent via Amazon website however when i try and arrange a collection and use these tracking numbers it moves me to a page that wants me to pay for the collection. Are UPS no longer colelcting items for free from your home?

UPS collection booking online is still not working when logged in.

If booking as "a guest" UPS won't confirm the collection even when leaving the email address.

I know this was an issue few months ago, but I thought it would be fixed by now.

Also there have been instances where we have called them and they have confirmed that the collection has been booked, but the driver still hasn't showed up that day.

What is the situation?

Hi, we trade from Durham which is covered by the Team Valley UPS depot.

In recent months we have had UPS telling us that we can only arrange collection for a maximum of 14 cartons per day from our warehouse, which as you can imagine when sending a shipment of 40+ cartons can be difficult especially spreading collection over 3-4 days.

To add to this the usual UPS collection points, normally shops, have been told not to accept parcels from businesses.

This inevitably means a 60 mile round trip to the Team Valley UPS depot to drop off shipments.

Is anyone else in the Team Vally depot collection zone experiencing difficulty and are other sellers from other areas experiencing similar issues?
