Listings not showing in "All Departments"
Hi there, hopefully someone can help me out.
I’ve been a seller on Amazon for some time. Over the last year, I’ve lost a lot of traction on one of my products and it’s variations, as whilst they showed in their specific category, they no longer showed up in “all departments”. Amazon have been no help at all, telling me that they aren’t ranking high enough. In their own category they rank usually about no 5 on the first page of all the major search terms and certainly are much better sellers than similar products that do show in all departments. I have all the relevant keywords in place. They will show if I sponsor them, but otherwise are completely absent.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do? Can I delete the listings and start again without losing the reviews I’ve built up?
Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

To be frank, it sounds like Amazon have already told you the answer. It simply doesn’t sell enough to be ranked in the overall category.
All you can really do, is to try to sell more and get it ranked.
And no, you can’t delete the listing and keep the reviews.
Once a listing is created, it belongs to Amazon and not yourself.
At the worst, you could theoretically create a new listing, with a different EAN number, but that is effectively breaking the rules, by creating a duplicate listing. So not a good idea.

They haven’t given a straight answer though have they? They haven’t mentioned sales, only keywords of which I know for a fact all are there. And as for sales, we sell enough to be no 4/5 on the main search in the category, so I’m definitely selling more than enough. Competitor products who sell a fraction of what we do are showing, so how is that?
