Transfer our FBA stock to another seller (WITHOUT physically shipping it out of FBA and back into FBA)

We are a UK company. We have been selling on Amazon USA for 24 months. We have just signed an Exclusive agreement with a distributor in USA. Is it possible to transfer the FBA stock we have in the USA from our account to their account?

Ideally we would do this without having to physically ship the stock out of FBA and then ship it back. Hopefully there is a way to do this "on paper" so to speak. We have a couple of SKUs with more than 1000pcs and it would be expensive to physically ship the stock out and back in. Thank you. Tom
