FBA Shipment still pending after 2 months
I sent in a shipment back in October (11th) and it has been stuck as inbound ever since.
Can I get this resolved? Certainly not!
I logged a case because I wasn’t getting anywhere and got the below response back:
"Having read your email, I understand that you would like to investigate shipment ID:FBA15D73W9LZ. I’ll certainly assist you.
I have checked and see that DPD tracking details shows shipment units delivered On 11 Oct 2020 to Amazon warehouse. since the units were delivered our fulfilment centres, your units will be safe and our fulfilment centres are working hard to ensure that seller units were added to their bins at the earliest.
As per the update from our business team, due to a higher volume of shipments, you may experience longer than usual receive times.However you need not to worry about this.
Due to a higher volume of shipments, you may experience longer than usual receive times. To check the status of your shipments:
- Navigate to “Inventory” in Seller Central and select “Manage FBA Shipments” from the drop-down menu.
- From the “Shipping Queue” page, click “Track shipment” for the relevant shipment.
- On the “Shipment events” page, you can check the status of your inventory. The following events will populate:
• Checked in: The fulfillment center has reported the shipment as delivered. Your inventory has not yet been processed for fulfillment.
• Receiving: The shipment contents are being scanned and added to your “Inventory Amazon Fulfills” list in Seller Central.
• Closed: All of the inventory in your shipment has been processed and is available for fulfillment
The processing of your shipment can be delayed if shipping requirements are not met. Delays may be caused by such things as labeling issues, barcodes linking to incorrect items, and the shipping of restricted products. We are unable to manually expedite the shipment receive process, and Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance."
A delay of 2 months!!! REALLY!
So it is OK to have my stock costing £hundreds doing nothing!! Tracking shows it was accepeted by Jack Watt at Amazon Fullfillment Center PLot 1 Lyons Park Lyons Dr Coventry West Midlands CV5 9PF at 10am on 11 October 2020.
So why does it still show as INBOUND 1 months later!!
Who can I talk to about this?
I have stopped using FBA as a result of this and all my FAB stock as sold out because I just can’t afford this to happen again
