Feedback Revisions Not Showing Up
Customer left 1 star feedback for a problem that didn't involve me. They wanted to do a return and contacted Amazon instead of me and the Amazon customer service rep was rude to them so they left me a 1 star.
I contacted the customer, smoothed things over and helped with the return.
The customer has since revised the feedback to show that they were indeed happy with us as a seller, however the revised feedback is not showing up, making it look like I am not taking care of my customers, when in fact I always do.
I contacted seller support about this, was on with them for 90 mins and transferred 4 times before they disconnected me stating there was no one to assist me.
This is no the 1st time this scenario has occurred.
Any advice? or am I just stuck with the improper feedback?

Buyers cannot revise / edit feedback. The only action allowed is to remove it.
