Do customers returning oversized items get a prepaid label via the returns portal?

Item is about 100cm L 33cm W 13cm H (I presume this would classed as oversized for returns purposes)

I have been researching, I think buried and in Amazon’s return policy it says that Amazon will arrange a specialist carrier for the return of heavy and bulky items. Just wanted some clarification if this is the case.
