Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a recurring issue that is severely impacting my business.

Once again, I have encountered a fraudulent return. I originally sent a pure copper product to a customer, but the returned item I received was completely different and of no value. I raised a SAFE-T claim for this, but unfortunately, it was rejected due to the claim limit being exceeded.

As a genuine seller, this situation is deeply discouraging. These repeated incidents of return fraud are not only harming my business but also causing significant financial losses. I have always trusted Amazon’s commitment to fair treatment of sellers, but I am beginning to lose faith in the system due to lack of support in such matters.

If Amazon is unable to take appropriate action or offer a fair resolution in such cases, I may be forced to consider shutting down my store on the platform. I sincerely request that my concern be escalated and reviewed again, considering the circumstances and supporting evidence I can provide.

Please look into this matter at the earliest and help restore my confidence in the marketplace.

In past, the same matter was with me also and the main culprit was pick up employee and pick up carrier, but Amazon take no action against them. All claims are getting rejected with same line limit exceeded, so I transferred my business to FBA. No wrong product less returns and no tension.

i am also facing these type of issues. People order my products. I send them with video evidence of my packing video. They dont contact me. They connect to customer care and get the money they need. Then they got new product and money both. Seller losing product money PLUS amazon deducting more money from the account.

SELLER ALWAYS BEAR THE LOSES.

AMAZON EARNS DOUBLE. First gaining customer trust. Second getting money from sellers for these type of issues.

THIS IS HOW THEY BEAR the losses of their advertising costs.

ALWAYS MAKE VIDEO OF CUSTOMER RETURNED ORDER. MENTION THIS FACT THAT YOU HAVE VIDEO IN THE CLAIM. AMAZON IS USING ALL TACTICS TO REJECT CLAIM. I DID NOT RECEIVE MANY ORDERS BUT WHEN RAISED COMPLAIN THEN THEY REJECTED MY CLAIMS AND CLAIMED THAT I DID NOT ACCEPT THOSE ORDERS DURING DELIVER. WHY A SELLER WOULD NOT ACCEPT HIS OWN ORDER ? THIS IS ACME OF FRAUD.

post. this is Amazon's support

when we start an seller account on amazon it takes manyyy id's,details,invoices and authentication certificates etc. But buyer buy an product then amazon do not even check their past behavior of returning orders many times. And when amazon delivers the product then it do not say to delivery boy to open the product infront of the customer. Very bad 👎

Same happened with me also customer return different product they changed original with duplicate product and then i file a Safe T Claim. Safe T Claim Team Rejected my Claim. they said item returned with Tempered Proof Packaging is not eligible for Safe T Claim. I Submitted Video Evidence for Proof but Safe T Claim Again rejected my claim again said that Tempered Proof Packaging is not eligible for Safe T Claim. And worst part is if i want to talk with safe T Claim Team there is no option to talk to them.
