Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help.
I am with FBA. I have noticed that my amazon fees have gone down as of the new year. Quite considerably. What would the reason be and could I expect them to jump back up, and when!!?
apologies, I am new to this, need to know for projected profit-loss etc..
Thanks in advance
Dan

Amazon did announce FBA fulfilment fee and tier changes, although it is effective from February 1, 2025.

Have you checked to see if the size/weights are correct on the listing? incase they have been changed by another seller which would recalculate the FBA fee.
I don't do FBA but could it be as simple as you've sold a lot of your inventory in the run up to Christmas and now have lower storage costs?
Otherwise Amazon sometimes offers incentives for certain size products in certain categories where it has spaces to fill in the FBA network. Think of it like hotel rooms, when you have the capacity but not the demand you're better off filling it at a discount in the short term rather than leaving it empty and getting nothing.
For a P & L prediction, unless notified otherwise by Amazon use your previous figures and take anything less as an unexpected bonus.
