Yeah it is broken. Still no indication from any Amazon employee that they are even aware of this issue. Customer support don't want to know.

This morning, I logged into Amazon and noticed that only five orders were displayed, whereas we typically have over 60. Upon further investigation, I found that SS had responded to my case about this Bulk printing not working saying " Currently you have 52 unshipped orders, Delivery for 47 of the 52 orders you selected can be purchased in bulk " Turns out SS had decided to test out the Bulk Shipping and they mistakenly marked all 60+ orders as shipped and purchased the incorrect label size for the bulk shipping. This was done without notifying me or confirming the changes beforehand.Supposedly my bulk shipping is working according to them but I have no ideas to try it out on this morning.

To date my buy shipping in bulk is working....however I have lost the option to buy evri labels...... if things like this were not so serious it would be funny.... but as it stands I am failing to find any humour in it!!! Moan over!
