insurance for my business

i received an email that i need to provide a certificate of insurance for my business, but i can't seem to update the new certificate of insurance

the certificate of insurance was purchased for 2024-2025 and has expired, but the status is still "Submitted", and i want to provide the certificate of insurance for 2025-2026 but can't update because the status is still "Submitted" pending.

i received a notice to provide the certificate of insurance in the next 4 weeks. where do i provide it. this status "Submitted" has been there for over a year now and when will they be resolved. please look into it for me

i have created a case with ID 17679223051 and they have responded but it is still not resolved, they don't seem to see my issue
