Crazy possible HFSS tagging for a non-food item in clothing, has anyone had any luck with resolving this?

It doesn't seem anyone has really be able to fix this, and my patience has run out now.

I noticed I couldn't advertise 2 products in October. Ads team said it was due to an incorrect high sugar label, which is indeed incorrect is your product is in the fashion/clothing category. The catalogue team said it wasn't tagged as high sugar in their system however.

I went back and forward with them both for about 10 cases saying the same thing, with someone "escalating" it then closing the case saying it's fixed or something equally daft.

My current case has been open since January, and is, as always, stuck with a "technical team researching the issue".

They won't fix it as they never do!

It's crazy that a fashion item can have this issue, and if it's not a HFSS tag, they need to find out what, but seem incapable of actual support.

If anyone has any info about their situation I'd love to hear it as I'm trying to decide what to do.

Amazon, if you are reading this...this is crazy. You've done this to my top seller, and my second best .... which is not remotely fair or explainable in a "fair" marketplace. If you want to look, it's case 10733093592
