Guidance Needed for Listing a Product on Amazon

Hi everyone,
I need guidance on listing a brand product on Amazon that Seller Central indicates doesn’t require approval. Specifically, I’m concerned about:
1. Listing Requirements: Are there any additional conditions I should know before listing?
2. Account Concerns: Could listing this product directly cause issues with my seller account later?
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Good of you to reach out before listing.
1. Yes there can be additional listing requirements that become nessisary after listing a brand.
2. Yes listing products can cause a seller account to become suspended or deactivated. Common issues are intellectual property policy violations and restricted product policy violations.
To aviod these issues it is best to only list items that you are very familiar with and are the brand owner or a the brands authorized distributor.

Approval and authorization are two different things. You must be authorized to sell the item before requesting approval. This is what gets people in trouble.
