URGENT MATTER

Amazon has requested to pay all the VAT for all the sales we had, regardless the fact that it was already paid to HMRC. 17th of march this year we paid it directly to Amazon as instructed. We have a statement from Amazon confirming that the amount has been deducted from the balance. We sent countless emails to mdri-exec-escalations, and we keep receiving unrelated and not specific replies when they are planning to pay the VAT to HMRC. It’s been 5 months already. This issue is affecting our liquidity a lot. Any suggestions who else to contact before taking legal measures.
