How do I appeal the loss of my 2-day premium shipping?

I got an email last week saying how I had lost my eligibility for 2-day premium shipping and it provided an email for me to use to send my appeal (op-pso-vtr-appeals@amazon.com).

So i sent them an email and received an email back saying my there was no amazon account associated with that email. So I sent another one saying that it was the email I used to log in etc.

Eventually, after I sent my plan of action I received an email saying that they were happy with it and they would reinstate my 2-day premium. However, it never got reinstated so I sent another email and just kept going around in circles from being told my email was not associated with a seller account to being told to submit my plan of action again. This has been going on for days until eventually this evening someone got back to me and said that I need to contact the UK people as the folks i’ve been messaging are the US even though i used the exact email I was advised to use in the email telling me I’d lost premium eligibility.

Anyway, in this last email he said he was happy to provide me with the correct place to contact and gave me this link. https://sell.amazon.co.uk/contact-us?

However, when I click on that link it takes me to a page that then asks to click on a button that says I am already a seller, and boom it jumps to a .com link so I’m back to square 1.

This has been an absolute shambles from start to finish.

I just want to contact the appeals team for the UK based amazon seller site. it’s that simple and it would be that simple on any other selling platform but not this one that only seems to go backwards, not forwards haha.

Sorry for the rant and thanks to anyone who can help me.

Hello,

I have used both:
op-pso-vtr-appeals@amazon.co.uk
AND:
seller-performance@amazon.co.uk

BUT, sometimes after 7 days they will automatically reinstate and sometimes after 30 days.

Personally, we gave in, in the end and accepted defeat. Amz do not really want Sellers selling Premium shipping, as too many obstacles, proves that to be the case. They obviously want you to offer Prime (SFP or FBA).

Expect disappointment, as they usually do not reinstate, or if they do, you are usually past the time and back on anyway. They probably reinstated on the .com account as no 2-day delivery issues.

We found even if everything was shipped on time, the same day as ordering, it only needs a few with delivery issues, beyond your control, and you get barred.

1-day was impossible, but even 2-day can be very hard.

Example we had, several times: Buyer orders on a Wednesday after cut-off, or on Thursday up to cut off. Shipped Thursday PM, 2-day has to be there by Saturday, as Saturday is classed as a working day to Amz.

We sent everything on a 1-day/Next Day delivery using a number of couriers, so sort-of giving a spare day just in case. However, if sending Thursday and a delivery issue with the courier on Friday, as a specific Saturday delivery had not been paid for, the delivery with most couriers flips over to a Monday delivery, and that means you are late delivering. We tried UPS, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL. Yodel were the only one offering Saturday as standard, so just attempted a delivery still, but they were not reliable enough generally. (Hermes Next Day were not tried as generally too many issues with standard deliveries, but again they offer weekend deliveries).

We then tried RM Tracked 24, as they also deliver as standard on a Saturday. However, they knew when a business was closed over a weekend, so did not attempt delivery, even though Saturday was included, on their website tracking, it showed why no delivery attempted, but as it was not attempted, no scan to Amz, and again a defect.

DPD Next Day using Buy Shipping seem the best, for a 2-day delivery, but you have to check as again if a Saturday delivery, or going to a Business over a weekend, can catch you out and you then have to contact DPD on Friday around 6pm, so before the next day to ensure altered to a delivery over a weekend, even if you know it will be futile and the parcel cannot be delivered, at least then an attempted scan.

To be aware, Amz took no notice of anything, they just said to wait the 7 days and then reinstated, to only have another couple of issues over another weekend after a few weeks, and stopped again.

WHAT ARE YOUR REASONS to see if anyone can think you will be ok. Or if POA needs altering.

This happens quite often, recently to us because one parcel within the time-frame was delivered a day late, but had already been attempted and scanned within the time-frame (So frustrating). We tried to appeal, and got nowhere, absolutely nowhere, providing all the evidence needed too.

We even appealed to the managing director address, they finally got back to us weeks later (a few days after our premium was reinstated) to say it had been reinstated :joy:

We use DPD and only offer a two-day service to try and prevent things like this happening as it allows us or DPD an extra day to redeliver things etc.
