a notification from Amazon regarding a complaint of design patent infringement without patent number?
I received a notification from Amazon regarding a complaint of design patent infringement, but there is no patent number provided, only the contact information of the complainant. I inquired with customer service, but they couldn't find the patent number either. Without a patent number, how can I know if I'm infringing? What should I do to handle this?

I was also unable to track down a patent number to reference, but I do see that you have already submitted an appeal that is now current being reviewed.
You can try to connect with the complainant, since their email address is provided in the performance notification. You can inquire with them directly as to the patent number.
