i cant get my payments
i was to send my payments from amzon to my account. on 7/4/23 but still not received ,i created a case but they say provide us exact id of the payments .but i cant find the exact id for my payments ,can someone help me how to solve this problm. if in two days i m not able to provide the id.they will close the case .

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
You can review all information regarding previous disbursements by navigating to the Menu bar on the top right of Seller Central, select Reports, then select Payments.
On the Payments page, you can select Disbursements at the top of the page to view past payment disbursements, including Settlement Group number and Trace ID number.
Please note that it is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
