For this order we have tracking information:

In 17track website can get it: UK100133203YP

And buyer claim they didn't receive that package. Amazon brings the risk to our account!

Amazon says that track information is useless. Anything else we can prove our send?

So much unfair claim, We don't know what can we do. We are just a small company. I lost 40000 Euro on amazon because of this kind of problem.

If we really want to cheat buyer, the buyer should get empty package, instead of losing it.

There is no point to show the logistic information, if buyer doesn't get it.

Ask your courier to provide detailed delivery information. They may have a GPS and a picture to support the claim of delivery. It may not help to change the decision, but at least you will be sure it was delivered to the correct address.
