Fba sponsored listing is eating up my profit
All of my items are FBA. Is it advisable to merge all my items under one campaign as previously i had 5 fairly new items on campaigns that cost roughly £25 per day each so that is £3,750 +Vat every month.
Scary to have £4500 + amazon fees to pay monthly.
Ebay part was doing exceptionally well and i took my eye off the ball, most of my amazon inventories are almost out of stock or having just 2 variation in stock and in the meantime i’m still paying for the PPC as customer will click ad and found that most of the sizes are out of stock. Amazon sales were down mainly due to lack of stock and high advertising cost. i completed a thorough audit and realised that i lost £7,200 this way and didnt know only because ebay was carrying the amazon business.
Now things are different, i always pause PPC when im 3 out of 6 variations per item are out of stock but i will like to know, would it be advisable to advertise these 5 items under one campaign with a budget of £10 daily?
i sell footwear. Any advice regarding other affordable advertising channels outside of amazon excluding social media.

I have checked your store and I can see that you have only a few items listed, which are generic shoes. This is a very difficult category with a lot of competition. Also, most have no reviews.
Unless your profit covers all the expenses for advertising, I would advise you to reconsider investing any money into promoting the listings.
Have you tried selling without advertising to see how much different would the results be?

I run adds on all my products constantly (I only average 20 listings) & have done for 5 years. You need to keep an eye on ACOS & pull an add if it starts to rise significantly.
I spend the minimum amount 2p,max total £1 day, rarely more than £3 monthly.
It generates a very small % of my sales but at an average ACOS of 2.4% over 5 years its worth it.Currently my best ACOS is 0.74% worst 3.46%
