Unable to send shipment
Hi,
I am getting the error "No fulfilment centres are currently available to receive the total quantity of dangerous goods units in this shipment." when trying to send my shipment however there is no dangerous goods in my shipment.
All items are able to be packed together in one group and when Amazon give me a list of the asins they deem to be Dangerous goods, its food items/ non electric toys.

Hello @Seller_jYjGKpGJCczY0,
Here Simon from Amazon, happy to help.
Have you tried to create a case with Seller Support in regard to this issue?
I would suggest you to include a screenshot of the error you are getting and state that the ASINs you are trying to ship are not dangerous goods.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Simon

What Simon has failed to point out to you is that the blocking of shipments with dangerous goods is a widespread issue that has been going on for well over 6 months now.
It may well be that Amazon have deemed your goods to be dangerous even when they aren't. I have ASINs that display as 'non dangerous good' on the classification screen, but Amazon still keep insisting they are dangerous. I've filed numerous support cases over the years but they've never fixed it.

Here is an example. You can have products that you've submitted the SDS for come back (correctly) as non-dangerous. But anytime you ask Amazon about it they will say the ASIN is dangerous and NEVER acknowledge that at our end it shows otherwise. In fact, over the numerous cases I've filed, I've never even managed to get someone to admit to having even looked at my attachment, let alone accept there's a mismatch!
