Despatch Cloud or Veeqo?

We’re in the process of on boarding with Amazon Shipping and are choosing the best order management platform to use.

We’ve narrowed our decision down to two platforms but are now stuck on two.

Does anyone have experience with either or both Despatch Cloud and Veeqo?

We will be using the software for order management and inventory management as well as forecasting and sales report.

If anybody has used either of these platforms I would be interested in hearing your experiences with them.

I can’t comment on Veeqo as I have never used them, but Despatch Cloud is great. Does everything I need, so far only had one issue in around 6 years. Keeps all my stock in sync across my Shopify websites, ebay, fruugo, and OnBuy. Order processing is a doddle, all the orders upload to the App and we do tote picking which is much more efficient.

It’s robust which is what I really want out of a system and fairly easy to use which is a important given our staff.

I can recommend.

I would be interested to know also of any experience - I noticed there is a Veeqo lite available to Amazon Shipping customers, which is a fair bit cheaper - might be worth trialing depending on your volume.

We’re not signed upto Amazon Shipping yet (awaiting pricing) - but have been thinking about trying it for SFP to start. Trouble is if we move everything over we’d be in the Premium option at about £800/month which is a bit on the high side for us and a big jump from our current £800 per year software.

I tried veqoo. it seems alright but they don’t have automated product linking feature. If you are going to use them on other ecommerce channels too and have a lot skus, it my be pain to link those links manually one by one.
