Brand Registry blocked twice

Hello,

My brand registry application 5 weeks ago was denied. I received a very generic reason

"We've reviewed and found that applications can be declined under certain circumstances. This includes cases where we have reasons to believe that the to-be-added account has been involved in abusive conduct on our websites, or is related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct.

We have informed and provided a path for you to appeal via email. If you want to appeal directly, follow these steps"

I appealed and it took 5 weeks to get a response. And no one can tell me why it was blocked. Amazon simply cancelled the application and asked me to apply again. I have just done so and its been denied again.

Please I can't go through another 5 weeks of waiting for a response. My inventory is already costing me storage fees.

Has this happened to anyone? how did you resovle it and what was the issue.
