Return Replacement approved after 30 days receiving item
Buyer received item on 3.27.25. Buyer placed return replacement order today 4.28.25. This is more then 30 days.
"Return Reason:
Item defective or doesn’t work
Buyer Comment:
The watch is working as expected but it has a scratch on the glass. It doesn't look like a crack, but a significant scratch. Can you please send a replacement?"
I send a message explaining that its been more then 30 days, etc....
If I cancel the replacement order, my metrics will take a hit.
I opened a case and they told me to first contact the buyer. So I did that but I do not think I have any choice but to send the buyer a replacement. What should I do??

FBM order? We recommend negotiating with the customer to return the current product!
Re-purchase, this can be a good solution to the problem!
Solve the current order and avoid similar problems in the future!
