Start a New Discussion in the New Forum Experience

Creating a new Seller Forums discussion for the first time? You can do this by logging into Seller Central and clicking on the 'Start a discussion' button at the top of the Seller Forums experience.

As you begin creating your post, you may notice that there are character count limits on titles and discussions. Topic titles should have at least 15 characters and the post details should have a minimum of 20 characters. These added details provide more context for community members on the topic and important details you want to share. The text editor provides formatting options such as bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, and bulleted and numerical lists. You may also insert hyperlinks and up to 5 images (look for another Quick Tip soon on images). Note that only Amazon.com links are permitted in posts.

You’ll then choose at least one relevant category and at least one related tag for your discussion. Categories and tags have been updated in the new forum experience and we have an upcoming post to discuss these in more detail.

To publish your post, you’ll simply click the “Post to Forums” button!
