Its our first time offering FBM.
We have made a sale and we bought standard shipping from EVRI.
Status states: waiting for collection.
Ship date: Tomorrow, Mon 7th Aug
We just wanted to confirm that there is nothing more we need to do in order for Evri to come and collect the parcel tomorrow i.e. we do not have to input any details in Evri’s website or have an accout with Evri?
Do we just wait for the parcel to be collected? Will they inform us roughly what time they will be coming to pick it up?

Have you signed up to SFP?
If so, you can’t use the service, until you have arrange a daily collection from them.

And to add, if you’re not on SFP EVRI labels dont work via buy shipping at all in most cases

There have been a lot of problems with Evri, where sellers have bought shipping from Amazon, taken parcels to the drop-off shop, but they cannot scan the labels, and have had to cancel and buy from another carrier.

It will let you buy it but it wont work when you come to drop off - or at least it wont for most people

waiting for collection doesn’t mean that they will come and collect it but that the parcel is waiting for collection from a drop off point or locker. It’s misleading, as soon as I buy the labels it says waiting for collection even if it’s still at home with me. When I go to the drop off point, they scan it and it enters their network, it still says waiting for collection on the Amazon site.Eventually the next status will be ‘collected’ when it’s scanned again at their depot. My labels from Buy Shipping work with Evri, I have other issues with them at the moment.

Which I believe means it wont be any use for drop off. If you want to send Evri rather than RM, cancel it, request a refund and buy directly through the EVRI site and input the tracking number back into Amazon

Really curious.
There are two shipping options shown:
Evri Standard
£2.40 - Tue, 08 Aug
Evri Standard – Drop Off
£2.46 - Wed, 09 Aug
If I pick standard, I will still have to drop off at the courier drop off? Or maybe thats for collection only?
Why is the Drop -off option more expensive than the standard even though it gets there a day later.
