Brand Registry Says it Exists But it Doesn't - we have the trademark

We have the trademark for the brand ME LUNA.

We have been declined multiple times when attempting to create a brand registry with the statement that this brand registry already exists.

We have tried on numerous occasions to resolve this with the brand registry team, but they simply respond with the same form letter repeatedly.

Both the manufacturer in Germany via Vendor Central and the US distributor through Seller Central applied. Results were the same for both.

Besides us, nobody was authorized to register the brand. In fact, when checking with our trademark attorney, only we and the manufacturer have requested the trademark verification code, so it seems unlikely that anybody was able to register it.

I am not getting anywhere with the brand registry team.

Selling under the brand registry is very important to us.

What can I do? How should I proceed?
