Could you clarify if the issue is that you can't turn the vacation mode off?

Also, did you raise the ticket to SPS to check it? Could you provide more details on what is happening when you are trying to turn it off?

I already timely ready item ,but pickup boy not come at a time , pickup boy next day pickup
