I have one specific example on ASIN B00XAL8K8K that has been blocked due to the content of a banned ingredient or LILAL, which is now banned in Spain. Unfortunately, on our account we sell mostly perfumes and therefore there are several such products and this caused us to block the whole account. So at the moment I have gone through all the products in our warehouse and found that the perfumes in question no longer contain the bad substance, however I am unable to make any edits because of course I am not the owner of the brand.

Is there anyone who could please help guide me on how to solve this problem? I have attached proof that it does not contain the banned ingredient.

I am really trying to unblock the account because in this case I think I am in the right, however no support is listening to me.

Tengo un ejemplo específico en ASIN B00XAL8K8K que ha sido bloqueado debido al contenido de un ingrediente prohibido o LILAL, que ahora está prohibido en España.
