Send FBA shipments LTL calculate cost error

was prepping a fBA shipment and using amazon partnered carrier for LTL as always, finished prepping the pallets. and when to enter the estimated ready dated and value and click calculate, came up with an error.

also noticed that is there now a freight class , which i dont know what it is, and after some research it seems to be only for US amazon and not for UK amazon.

has anyone encountered this and how to fix.

i noticed that there is some ‘glitches’ on amazon seller central yesterday so maybe connected?
