How to get reimbursed for a replacement order that the original item was never returned
I had a replacement request hat was filled because of the new system that allows the replacement order to go through before the return is scanned in, and I'm at a loss at to what to do. It is supposed to be automatic, but it doesn't seem to be, and going through seller support has been a circular case of "file a safe t claim" "I can't, because I'm not debited" "we can't file a safe-t claim for you" "I'm not asking that, I'm just asking how I get reimbursed for this" "you can't be reimbusred for returnless refunds" "it wasn't a returnless refund" etc. etc.
the policy states "the policy states "Additionally, if the buyer fails to return the original item within 30 days of the replacement order being shipped, you may be eligible for an automatic reimbursement."
Has anyone had this experience and figured out what to do?

Hello there @Seller_V5l9UBkHDQEjb,
Thank you for posting here at the forums!
I am sorry you are going through this issue currently, but you are correct. If the seller takes longer than Amazons guidelines you are entitled to a reimbursement. Take a look at the FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Customer Return policy for more information.
If you wish, please share the Order Id associated with this issue and I can take a look.
Cheers,
Joey
