Can child account be converted to main account
Hello
I have added a secondary user (child account) email to give child access of my main account to my virtual assistant. Before this, no amazon account was signed up using this email ID. VA signed up on Amazon for the first time using this email and his child account is made. All his IDs got verified to authenticate his child account.
Now he wants to make his own main account but whenever he tries to sign up as main seller account, it says there is already account with this email. And when he log in, it is always a child account.
Please someone guide, is it possible to make main seller account with same email and personal details? Or any way to convert child account into main seller account?

Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you have questions on the multiple account policies.
If your Virtual Assistant handle more than one account, please ensure that all the accounts are in good standing. if any of the accounts gets deactivated, Amazon may deactivate the other accounts as well.

Here, I would recommend to check all the accounts you own, and ensure all the accounts are active. If any account is inactive, please submit the appeal and activate it.
