Listing not displayed properly
Our main selling product has dropped from $5,000 a week to zero overnight. The listing no longer shows the price and in the featured offer we are down from 98% to 40% on all 3 of our products. It says we need to lower our price by almost 30%, which we can't do, to match another seller. We are the manufacturer and only seller. I can not find another listing on Amazon.com. Our sales on Wayfair have picked up a lot of the drop but not all. Any suggestions?

I have seen this happen quite a bit and there is an FTC lawsuit on this: Amazon bots found it cheaper on another site and concluded it was your product and your product needed to be priced less. They are suppressing it because they want you to lower the price to what they found elsewhere.
I really don't have an answer for it. Are you the brand owner? Check your other listings for pricing and maybe compile that information as screen shots, open a ticket up and submit it and then CALL them when it is first rejected. I can't say this will fix it but you are more likely to find answers that way.
