Firstly this is the sellers forum, not a direct line to Amazon so none of us can close your account for you.
You can easily close it yourself by going to Account Info. Then click on "Account Management" (bottom left). Then click "Close account" (bottom of the middle section). Follow the instructions

In addition, is your account active or has it been deactivated for any reason ? - if so you cannot close a deactivated account, it must be active to be able to close.

You need to go to Account Settings and then Account Manegement and close from there.

You are better to alter to a basic free account.
Contact SS if you are having issues to resolve, although useless, and it will take you many goes. If a paid Account, you can speak on the phone with them, then get cut off several times, try again, etc - then give up!
Once resolved to be a free Account, then never use it, that way if you want to Buy from anyone on Amazon, or do anything, you do not have to go through all their processes again (hopefully)
