Can't we buy labels from Amazon?

I am an amazon seller based in Belgium. I ship orders from my own warehouse and work with packlink. When I click the "buy label" button on Amazon, a suitable option never appears. Those who sell from Bol.com in Belgium and the Netherlands will know that you can get the shipping label through bol.com. Isn't this possible for amazon sellers in Belgium? Doesn't Amazon have an agreement with shipping companies here?
