Read onlyCan anyone help me with my selling account deactivation for a reason which wasn't communicated to me prior to my account deactivation.
I received a mail on the 27th July which stated that "You have not provided the information that we requested 14 days ago. As a result, your listings are no longer active". My selling account was deactivated due to non submission within 14 days of certain information for the verification of my Amazon selling account. However, I didn't receive any mail suggesting that I should submit any information. I called the seller's support severally and explained to them that I didn't receive any communication prior to the account deactivation, but up till now my account remained deactivated.
I need people with wealth of experiences and knowledge in this area of Amazon operations to come to my aid and help me sort out this action against my livelihood. Thank you
