Appeals rejected 10+ times despite providing literally everything point by point

Hi Admins,

I need your assistance please if you'd be so kind.

We had 3 of our branded listings taken down for suspected product authenticity issues (despite zero ncx and excellent ratings over hundreds of orders? literally not one)

I have appealed this over ten times on each of the three ASINS concerned.

Every single point that Amazon wanted on the initial policy warning has been addressed in each appeal. With utter transparency to the point of not just providing our suppliers, but also our suppliers suppliers where applicable - right up to the official distributor level.

But no matter what we write, no matter what we provide - the same generic robot response saying insufficient information. And the rejections are coming quicker now, I'm pretty certain they aren't reading them at all.

@Ezra_Amazon@Julia_Amazon@Julia_Amzn@Spencer_Amazon@Winston_Amazon @Ash_Amazon @Sarah_Amzn could you please advise the next line of escalation? I have made a Case ID for you under 11297825042 for your easy reference.

Please do assist if you can. Thank you,

Just adding that seller support said this case ID relates directly to my dealings with the appeals team: 11245615262, although this is not a case I can view in seller central so I guess it's internal.
