is amazon stealing from us ?

yesterday after daily payment update its 45k and everything is fine but all of sudden over the night they have been detected around 5k from me it now 39k when i raise a case on this they are saying there is no payment reduction and asking for screen shot . but i dont maintain screenshot of payment update regularly ..so did anyone face this issue please help me to get my money .........and catch here is amazon didnt showing any payment ralated dection of payment .
