email says "reactivated", but it is not. Anyone have the same experience?

On Jul 22, after 7 month down, and several week after my interview, I received the email attached. It says I passed the interview and my account has been reactivated.
I checked when I received the email: it wasn't.
I checked just now: it isn't.
Can anyone at Amazon tell me what is going on, please?
Have any of you had this happen to you?

I see you have posted a few times in the seller forums and will be closing this thread in favor of your oldest open thread.
I additionally see you were originally deactivated for an association with another store which you posted about in this thread. If this issue was never addressed, video verification will not reactivate your account. The verification is from a separate team completing identity verification, not account reviews for an association.
You will need to follow up prior guidance and ensure the associated store has been reinstated. Were you ever successful in reactivating that store?
