Read onlyI am writing to seek assistance regarding my Amazon Seller Account, which is registered under my business based in the United Kingdom. My account currently provides access to various marketplaces, including Europe and North America. However, I had previously terminated access to the U.S. market and now wish to regain access and resume selling in this marketplace.
To address this, I attempted to create a separate Amazon U.S. seller account using a different email under the same business entity as my UK seller account. Unfortunately, the registration process was unsuccessful.
I also tried registering through the global seller portal, but I repeatedly encountered an error message, which I suspect may be related to my prior termination of access to the U.S. market.
Additionally, I have been unable to get in touch with U.S. support through my current account for further assistance.
Once you terminate an account you cannot open another. At least thats how .co.uk works.
