Cannot Log into account

Cannot Log into account

Hello everyone,

I am having a hard time solving my issue and this is my last resort, see if anyone can help me!!

I have my account "Promise Baby Co" when i log into the amazon seller central, it show me this message

"Your account is inactive

You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate the store, ask your account administrator to log into Seller Central and follow the steps for reactivation"

Now the thing is that this IS my administrative account. I HAVE NO OTHER ACCOUNT OR EMAIL LOGGIN.

So when i log in, every page i click on sends me to the same message. and i cannot proceed.

When i try to click for "Chat, Call, or email" it sends me to the same error message page.

Please help.

i need to get in touch with someone about this.
