How do I get my actually FBA Inventory Reconciled Against Against My capacity Limits?

On my capacity limits, I'm showing I have in stock 72,000+ units at FBA on capacity manager under my shipments screen for standard size. However, when I download my FBA Inventory Report, I only show 5600 units of in stock items. Why would this be and is there a report I am missing of this large discrepancy?
