I have uploaded my invoice for grocery and gourmet food ungate. But after rejecting 1st time. I have applied again, from then my approval is getting rejected instantly after applied. How to solve the ungate process.

Very hard to be ungated for Grocery. Amazon is really looking for established sellers/brands/manufacturers. Where are you sourcing your products?
Do you meet all the requirements to sell in Grocery?
Amazon states the issue is you're not providing them with any new information since their last rejection.

YOU SHOULD USE PRICE MASTER TO BUY ANY TINY PRODUCT WHICH COST YOU MINIMUM AMOUNT, AND THAT INVOICE WILL BE ACCEPTED BY AMAZON.

I saw the case ID number on the image that you provided, so I took a look at some of the details. Unfortunately, there isn't any more information I can share regarding reasons for the denial.
