CLOSE TO MY COMPANY
I HAVE A LMTD.COMPANY IN THE ENGLAND AND I HAVE ACTIVE PRODUCTS IN THE AUSTRALIAN MARKET AT THE MOMENT, BUT I WANT TO CLOSE MY COMPANY. IF I CLOSE, WILL MY PRODUCTS IN THIS MARKET BE CANCELLED OR SHOULD I NOT CLOSE UNTIL THEY ARE FINISHED? WILL MY ACCOUNT BE SUSPENDED IF I CLOSE IT?

You can not close your account because you have products there. You have to sell out anything or create a removal order. Then you have to wait 90 days, and ONLY THEN you can properly close your account.
