Completed verification of INFORM Consumers Act but account is still deactivated.
Hello,
I've completed the INFORM consumers act verification already but my account is still deactivated after over 3 week. The reactivate your account button on the account health page only takes me to the account information page with nothing pending for verification. I tried to open a case but they keep telling me to watit, and I am still unable to since the account is deactivated. Please advise on how to get my account reactivated.
